• For Hairstylists: Name, physical address (for service area), phone number, email, hairstyle photos, service descriptions, bank details, and referral code.
• For Clients: Name, email, phone number, appointment history, hairstyle preferences, and payment data.
• Connection Data: IP address,country, city,longitude, latitude, cookies, and device identifiers for security and performance purposes.

2. Data Usage and Public vs. PRO Profile

Your data is used to manage appointment bookings, the loyalty program, commission calculations, and referral management.

3. Consent and Data Sharing

• Matching: Your contact details are shared between the client and the hairstylist once the appointment is paid.
• Referrals: A sponsor can see if you have used their promo code.
• Trusted Third Parties: We use secure payment processors. AdeleCare does not store your full credit card information.

4. Retention and Security (Law 25)

• We retain your data as long as your account is active.
• Upon account closure, data is deleted or anonymized (except for legal tax obligations).

5. Your Rights (Quebec)

• Access and Rectification: Can be modified via your profile.
• Portability: Copy of your data upon request.
• Right to be Forgotten: Total deletion of your personal data.
